In response to this need, the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT) has been awarding prestigious qualifications in concrete technology for more than four decades, establishing a reputation that extends worldwide. The comprehensive course titled 'Concrete Technology and Construction' is offered at introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels, catering to professionals at different stages of their careers. Independent course providers are responsible for preparing candidates to excel in the examinations.
Concrete Sense, the training division of Resilient Concrete Solutions, prepares the students through course materials and training videos in an e- learning format. The intermediate level self-study course, titled “Concrete Technology and Construction: Stage-3 Practical Applications “consists of 31 modules that comprehensively cover the course objectives. Examinations will be conducted in ICT-approved centres in India. Successful candidates are eligible for ICT membership as Associate Members and may use the designation AMICT after their names.
Successful completion of the Practical Applications course qualifies candidates to undertake the Diploma in Advanced Concrete Technology course which is widely regarded as the premier qualification in concrete technology globally. Kshemendra is an experienced leader in the concrete industry, having led Elkem, Orkla, and Sapa India. He played a pivotal role in establishing Ready mixed Concrete industry in India. Currently as the Director of Resilient Concrete Solutions, he works with SINTEF of Norway to provide scientific management of construction and demolition waste in India. His contributions have had a significant impact on India's concrete industry. He is a fellow of the Institute of Concrete Technology (FICT).
